Business Strategy

Investing in residential condominiums with houses of average luxury, us we rent these houses for in L$450 average per week that has kept our always positive cash flow.
To the long one of the year of 2007 we acquire lands in several sim's and we resell them getting a profit in many times superior 50%.
In 2008 we intend to give continuity in the acquisition of great lands for I resell, in view of the high profitability in the resale.
We are firming partnership for urbanization of great lots where we will enter with 50% of the value of the land for resale, projecting a return in these operations of 30%.
We have a project for construction of mix sets (residential with commerce) where we are implementing a project pilot in the ZORA's SIM in an area of approximately 13000 square meters. We are negotiating the purchase of 40% of participation in the Shopping Center and in the first trimester of 2008 we will be initiating the construction of a new Shopping Center in an area of approximately 13,000 SQM.
