In the 2007 end, through the GSPP Shopping’s, we consolidate the purchase of 3 shopping centers in an operation involving L$ 354,000 and pass to operate and to manage Shopping Center's.
We construct to residential sets for diverse companies and groups and keep 3 residential condominiums for rent ends, where we guarantee a monthly income of the 84.000 lindens dollar.
We have as goal four the more great construction of residential sets with houses of high standard directed toward rent, where we project a prescription of L$ 56000. We will be, in the next months, acquiring land bank for posterior constructions of enterprises and/or resale.
